A Call To Action
Quaint and charming in nature the flea market is paved which smooth cobblestones and overflowing with hidden treasures. The market is located on the edge of town with paths from a magnificent ocean leading to it. Small tables with soft lights send a warm glow and lighten the dark passageways where countless individuals sell their wares.
Antiques seems to be a favorite as store after store displays chairs with golden borders, graceful vases, delicate china, and other countless treasures.
Imagine over twenty antique stores lining a single cobblestone passageway. Most storekeepers just stood in their shop doorway's studying people as they made their way past, stopping now and then to admire a regal chair or an unusual vase.
Suddenly I saw a crowd gathering in front of one antique store. A man with a large megaphone stood auctioning off his wares. His store didn’t offer any more than the others but he did three things they didn’t:
·Promoted the benefits of his products. ·Promoted the features of his products. ·Provided a call to action.
The same applies to an ecommerce site. Promoting your website is important but it’s easy for your goal to get lost in the endless list of marketing options.
